Recommended for ages 14-18.
Yarn (use whatever you like - but remember weaving takes time! If you want a large weaving, I suggest worsted yarn to be the thinnest you use, and to utilize bulky and chunky weights. I recommend playing with color, texture, and/or weight of yarn, so have about 3 varieties ready in the way you want to play!)
Cardboard sheet or cardboard box
A thin twine for your warp - I recommend bakers twine, but a thin but sturdy yarn would work!
Alternative weaving supplies - ribbon, roving wool, fabric scraps, paper, photographs, beads...you name it!
A dowel or a stick to hang tapestry
