This class is intended to serve both experienced and new students, offering space, equipment, and guidance to develop book-centric projects. Starting with fundamentals of the craft, the first weeks will contain basic sewing and construction techniques as well as an overview of material selection. Midway, we will transition into a more open structure, allowing students to utilize skills learned in the first weeks to pursue their own creative endeavors. Together, we will problem solve to find solutions for creating unconventional structures.
