Course Description

Design and code your own game! Harness your creativity and become a game designer! Using Unity, a professional game development engine, learn to create 2D and 3D games and levels. Using the C# language, learn object oriented programming to program game mechanics like jumping, moving platforms, and special abilities. We‰'ll also take a dive into developing experiences for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.

You‰'ll be able to:

  • Design 2D and 3D game levels
  • Create, import, and manipulate sprites and 3D objects
  • Learn advanced programming techniques in C# Design and deploy virtual reality and augmented reality applications
  • Playtest and iterate on your level designs to create the perfect gaming experience

This class is for students who are looking for a fun challenge. Previous programming experience is not required, but it is helpful.
