This course is a continuation of the concepts and techniques covered in Beginning Drawing. At the heart of this course the making of a ÛÏ composed drawing ÛÏ relating all the fundamental elements : line, space, form, rhythm, light, design, mark making . Drawing the figure will also be introduced. Students are required to have taken a beginning drawing course.

Adeline Goldminc-Tronzo was born in 1953 in Paris France and in the seventies trained in New York City at the Art Students League with Robert Beverly Hale, Marshall Glassier, Joseph Hirsch and Norman Lewis. For more than 30 years her work has been exhibited in both Europe and the US. In addition, Adeline also conducts Painting workshops in Provence, France.
For the first class, there is no need to get everything , the 18 X 24 newsprint, or CHARCOAL paper , soft charcoal and a kneaded eraser will get you started.
