Course Description

The Figure Drawing Marathon Workshop is a five day intensive drawing workshop with a model. This event is open to all student artists of all levels of ability in any drawing medium who want to discover, explore, and challenge themselves in the art of life drawing and the adventure of seeing. Above all, it is a class for those who love to draw.

Adeline Goldminc-Tronzo was born in Paris, France and trained in NYC at the Art Students League in the 1970s with Robert Beverly Hale, Marshall Glassier, Joseph Hirsch and Norman Lewis. For more than 35 years her work has been exhibited in both Europe and the US. Adeline also conducts painting workshops in Provence, and ParisFrance. www.adelinette.com


  • Bring the medium or mediums you want to draw with.....charcoal; pencils; ink; colored pencils; pastels...
  • Drawing pad 24" X 36"
  • Paper towels or Chamois‰
  • Kneaded eraser
  • pencil sharpener
  • masking tape‰

  • Vine or willow Charcoal
  • compressed charcoal
  • Alphacolor CHAR-KOLE square drawing sticks or BLACK PASTEL.
  • One White Charcoal stick and or white pastel
  • Various pencils (HB, B, 2B, 4B, 6B etc)
  • Black ink & or sepia & or any color
  • 2 containers for water
  • Ink brushes (large and small)
